About Jenny

Real Estate, but make it personal.

I’ve always believed that where you live has a lot to do with how you live.

A home is where your kids grow up, where holidays happen, where friends gather, where you make memories, and where all the ordinary moments of life unfold. The land around it can be just as important—the backyard, the acreage, the water, the open space, or simply a little room to breathe.

That perspective is at the heart of how I approach real estate.

I’m Jenny, a real estate agent serving Discovery Bay, Brentwood, Oakley, Byron, Knightsen and the surrounding Delta communities. I help people buy and sell homes, but more importantly, I help them navigate the decisions that come with finding the right place for the life they want to build.

Why Real Estate?

I didn’t get into real estate because I wanted to sell houses.

I got into real estate because I love people, I love homes, and I love the possibility that comes with a move.

I actually started off working for the largest wine and spirits distributor in their marketing and sales departments after college. I learned what it takes to build big brands, how to showcase a product to sell for the highest and best, and how to connect with different consumers. All things that have helped me excel in real estate. After my first son was born I decided to switch careers to become a realtor, and quickly learned how much I love helping people find their dream home.

Every client has a different reason for making a change. Maybe they’re buying their first home. Maybe their family has outgrown their current one. Maybe they’re ready for more space, more land, a pool, a boat, animals, or a place where their kids can grow up. Maybe they're selling a home that holds years of memories and stepping into an entirely new chapter.

Those decisions are personal.

And I think they deserve a personal approach.

Home is more than a House

This is the philosophy behind everything I do.

I believe the right property isn't necessarily the biggest, newest, or most expensive one. It's the one that makes sense for your life.

Maybe that's a home on the water where weekends are spent outside.

Maybe it's a few acres where you can have horses, a garden, or space for the kids to run.

Maybe it's a neighborhood where everyone knows each other and your children can grow up alongside the same families.

Or maybe it's simply a place that feels like yours the moment you walk through the door.

My job is to listen to what matters to you, understand what you're looking for, and help you recognize the opportunities that fit.

Why the Delta?

There is something special about this part of California.

The Delta communities offer something that's increasingly hard to find: space, community and a connection to the outdoors without giving up access to the Bay Area.

You can spend a morning on the water, pick fruit in the afternoon, watch your kids play outside, explore a local trail, or head into town for dinner with friends.

And every community has its own personality.

Discovery Bay has its waterfront lifestyle and boating culture. Brentwood brings together family neighborhoods, agriculture and a strong sense of community. Oakley offers access to the outdoors and continued growth. Byron and Knightsen offer something a little harder to find—space, open land and a more rural way of life.

I don't just want to help you find a house here.

I want to help you understand what it means to live here.

More than a transaction

Buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, but I don't think the relationship should feel transactional.

My approach is straightforward:

A little more about me…

Outside of real estate, I'm a wife, a mom of three, and someone who genuinely loves being outside and making the most of where we live.

Family is a huge part of my life, and I think that's one of the reasons I connect so strongly with the idea of home.

I understand the never-ending logistics of family life. The school schedules, the sports, the weekend plans, the desire for more space, and the importance of finding a community where your family feels comfortable. I spend a enormous amount of time at my kid’s sports, riding my horse, and helping out with the school PTA, 4H, and a endless list of life items…. that’s why I get where you are coming from.

I also have a real appreciation for the properties that offer something beyond the traditional suburban home—land, animals, outdoor space, water and the freedom to create a lifestyle around your property.

That's a big part of why I'm so passionate about connecting homes and land with the people who will truly appreciate them.

FIND HOME.

At the end of the day, that's what I want for my clients.

Not just a successful transaction.

Not just a house with the right number of bedrooms.

But a place that makes sense for their family, their goals and the life they're building.

Because home is more than a house.

It's where your life happens.

And I'd love to help you find yours.
